USER AGREEMENT
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') governs the relationship between the refund service (hereinafter — the 'Service', 'We', 'Our Company') and the user (hereinafter — the 'User', 'You') when using refund services.
1.2. By starting to use the Service, the User confirms acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. If you do not agree with the terms, you must stop using the Service.
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Service provides informational and consulting support in the refund procedure, including:
- preliminary analysis of refund eligibility;
- assistance in collecting required documents;
- consultations on interaction with the issuing bank;
- consultations on interaction with regulatory authorities;
- support at all stages of the refund process.
2.2. The Service is not a government body or a law firm but is a bank and a payment system, therefore makes decisions on refunds and guarantees the return of funds.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. User’s rights and obligations:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the provision of services;
- Use the Service exclusively within the framework of the law;
- Not use the Service for fraud or knowingly false claims.
3.2. Service’s rights and obligations:
- Provide services in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe;
- Refuse to provide services if signs of fraud are detected;
- Suspend or terminate the provision of services if the User violates the terms of the Agreement.
- The company reserves the right to refuse to make a payment on behalf of the client in order to prevent possible corruption schemes and illegal activities.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
4.1. The cost of services is determined individually during the process.
4.2. Payment is made on the basis of an issued invoice or another method agreed upon by the parties.
4.3. Paid services are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
LIABILITY
5.1. The Service is not responsible for the refusal of the issuing bank or payment system to satisfy a chargeback request.
5.2. The Service is not liable for any losses incurred by the User as a result of using or being unable to use the Service.
5.3. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided.
CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1. All information provided by the User is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6.2. The Service undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties without the User’s consent, except as required by law.
CHANGES TO TERMS
7.1. The Service reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement by notifying the User via the website or email.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the Service is registered.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if not possible — in court at the place of the Service’s registration.
